The true reminders of the ancient Egyptian art, culture, tradition, architecture etc are the pyramids of Giza which invites the tourists with open arms. These huge monumental structures are the result of efforts made by the kings at the time of third and fourth dynasty. Primly there are three huge pyramids namely pyramid of kafhre, pyramid of khufu and pyramid of menkaura which were built with mesmerizing designs and architecture.

There are also few other pyramids in Giza which are not as perfect and popular as these three pyramids. The construction of these three pyramids took more than reign period of any king of the third and fourth dynasty. Unfortunately, kings died before the construction of any one of these fascinating monuments and these pyramids had been dedicated to them who greatly contributed for their creation.

Some had a false belief that these pyramids are built by slaves. Due to the annual floods of the Nile River farming of the land was made impossible and resulted in the unemployment. Those people were provided with good food and shelter to contribute for the completion of this spectacular archeological tomb. Today also, these pyramids draw enormous crowds of visitors from all over the world as a result for its astonishing engineer work. It may also be the reason for getting honor as one of the seven wonders of the world.
