Non Smoking Areas
All enclosed areas are nonsmoking including rooms, bar, lobby, and restaurant. Smoking is allowed on the front porch. Any rooms or other areas which need to be cleaned due to smoking will incur a minimum charge of $200.

Cancellations
A one night deposit may be charged to your credit card. Cancellations made more than seven calendar days before checkin will incur a $10 booking fee. Cancellations within SEVEN calendar days of checkin will incur forfeiture of your one night’s fee deposit. If you fail to cancel your stay, your entire booked stay will be charged to your card.

Pets
Domesticated pets are allowed at no additional charge. Your pets must be well behaved and quiet. Any damage or additional cleaning required will be charged to your credit card. The minimum charge for pet damage is $200. Domesticated pets include cats, dogs, and guinea pigs (in cages).

Babies and Children
Babies and children are welcome. Families with children and babies are encouraged to choose the Golden Wing suite which is well suited to families. We have one nice portable crib, so please let us know at booking if you will need it. Children aged 5 to 12 are charged at a 50% discount for additional occupancy.

Payment
We accept cash, local checks, and credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover and more. The card must be present at checkin and any other time a charge is made. If the card is not present, an additional 3% will be added to the charge to cover our additional costs.
